Introduction Ohio is ranked 7th among the 50 state of U.S. Ohio is located in Midwestern region of United States. Ohio was admitted to the United States union in 1803 as the 17th state. The constitution of Ohio provides three branches of government: executive, legislative and judicial. There are also courts like Ohio Court of Common Appeals and the intermediate district Court of Ohio which hear cases assigned by the Supreme Court.
